Cheshire Cat Punch
1 pint of raspberries for Raspberry Ice
4 cups of Chambord
2 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice
1 liter of Diet Ginger Ale
2 bottle of Dry Champagne (Brut)
1. Prepare Raspberry Ice: using one ice cube tray, drop 1 - 2 raspberries into each compartment, fill tray with water and freeze overnight
2. A 1/2 hour before your event, combine all liquid ingredients into a fabulous bunch bowl or jug.
3. Add the raspberry ice cubes, and any remaining raspberries for additional flavor and color.
4. Drink, smile, giggle, talk nonsense - REPEAT OFTEN
